Standard Business Pricing

Small Business Web Site

Defined as a web site where only basic information is provided about your business and does not include online sales or any user interaction.

  • Design fee - $1600.00 (40 hours of design work).
  • Includes 4 pages - a home page, contact page, products and services intro page and about us page
  • The following optional charges may apply.
    • Each domain name purchase - $20.00
    • Yearly Hosting fee - $107.40
    • Domain name yearly parking fee - $7.95

Medium Sized Business Web Site

Defined as a web site where extended information is provided about your business which may require some level of online sales or user interaction.

  • Design fee - $4000.00 (100 hours of design work).
  • Includes 9 pages - a home page, contact page, products page, services page, privacy policy, site map, about us page and up to two additional areas pertaining specifically to the business.
  • The following optional charges may apply.
    • Each domain name purchase - $20.00
    • Yearly Hosting fee - $119.40
    • Domain name yearly parking fee - $7.95
    • Search engine and directory submissions - $495

Large Business Web Site

Defined as a web site where dynamic and ongoing levels of information will be provided and where management wishes to have more control over placing information online. This format is also good for web sites that will require a higher level of online sales or user interaction.

  • Design fee - $6400.00 + (160+ hours of design work).
  • Includes unlimited pages - a home page, contact page, products page, services page, privacy policy, site map, about us page and as many additional areas pertaining specifically to the business as the budget allows.

Requirements and Procedures for any Web Site Design

Payment Policy

We use a retainer format which means we only perform work based upon funds that have been added to your account.

  • A minimum of 1/4 of the projected job cost is required as a down payment, but no less than an equivalent 8 hour payment.
  • A request for an additional deposit will be sent when 80% of your previous deposit has been depleted.
  • Work stops when the amount on retainer falls to an equivalent of 2 hours of work or less.

Information Collection

It is necessary that you take the time to assemble as much information as possible about your products, services, contact information, etc so that we may perform our work in a timely manner. It is our job to place information, but not to attempt to create it for you.

  • In the event you are delayed in providing us with the necessary information to complete any aspect of the site design, work will stop until such information is provided.
  • Provide information in electronic format when possible. For example, if you provide us with a printed flier of your products, pricing and descriptions, we must scan, extract and reformat this information before we can begin to use it. This takes time and will reduce time available for other areas of your web site and may result in additional charges. Instead, if you provide this flier in Microsoft Word or Adobe Illustrator format, we can extract and use the information in a very cost effective manner.

Graphics, Photographs and Logos

In many cases we will be creating the necessary images required for your web site, but if you do have specific graphics, photographs or logos you wish us to utilize, please provide them as near to the beginning of the project as possible.

  • Logo design is not included in the price of the web site design. We can enhance your existing logo or format a newer and more robust version of your existing logo, but to create one from scratch will require additional funding of no less than $1200
